Types Of Brazilian Hair Extensions

Brazilian hair extensions are made from human hair collected from donors of Brazilian origin. Apart from this, there are as many types of Brazilian hair extensions as there are types of hair. Brazilian hair extensions can be classified on almost any basis – thickness, length, color, body, texture, and so on. Generally, Brazilian hair extensions are classified on the basis of their texture, which is curly, wavy or straight. Curly Brazilian hair extensions are a rarity, since natural Brazilian hair is rarely curled – it is either straight or wavy. Curly hair is mostly African in origin, but hair extensions made of curly hair are mostly synthetic, since it is very difficult to get curly hair of sufficient length to make hair extensions. Brazilian hair extensions made of wavy hair can be either with a “C” or “S” curve. Most Brazilian hair extensions are made of straight hair, which has good weight, length, density, luster, strength and brilliance, and is flexible enough to be molded into waves, if desired. Apart from this, Brazilian hair extensions can be Virgin and/or Remy. Virgin Brazilian hair extensions are made from hair which has not been subjected to any chemical treatment or coloring. Remy Brazilian hair extensions are made from hair which is extracted from a single donor with all its cuticles intact.
